Summary of Experience:
Mr. Davis specializes in the application of financial economics, econometrics, and data analysis to litigation and other complex business situations. He has experience estimating damages and conducting economic research in a variety of industries including finance, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and transportation.  Mr. Davis’ casework has focused issues such as asset price behavior, bankruptcy, corporate finance, antitrust, intellectual property, and class certification, and he has supported academic affiliates in all phases of complex business litigation.
