Analysis Group Named 4th Best Consulting Firm in the Country to Work at in Vault Survey

August 25, 2010

A new survey released August 25, 2010 by Vault.com – The Vault Consulting 50 – ranks Analysis Group the fourth-best consulting firm to work for, based on input from more than 4,500 consultants of all levels.

Responding consultants were asked by Vault to assess other consulting firms on a scale of 1-10 in terms of prestige associated with working at each firm, and to rank their own employer based on quality of life.

“We asked consultants what mattered most to them in choosing an employer, said Vault.com managing editor Brian Dalton. “Prestige, while important, was not the biggest determining factor – according to consultants, company culture was the most important factor, followed by practice strength, prestige and compensation, along with several other factors.”

Analysis Group President and CEO Martha S. Samuelson said that “this recognition of the firm as a great place to work results from our culture of collaboration, both within each of our offices and across the firm. This kind of acknowledgement is such an honor, and it reaffirms a comment I’ve often heard over the years, that the Analysis Group cultural focus on teamwork and development in conjunction with personal responsibility and commitment to excellence is unique, and recognized as such.”
