Summary of Experience:

Mr. Ji specializes in the application of economics and finance to litigation matters in the securities, tax, and valuation practice areas. He has supported expert witnesses in casework that has included assessing the factors leading to the failure of a subprime home equity loan company; examining the economic substance of complex sale-in, lease-out (SILO) transactions; evaluating the information efficiency in the fixed-income securities markets; and providing econometric analyses in various matters involving investigations of the impacts of financial restatements or securities fraud on securities prices.

Mr. Ji is the co-author (with Vice President Gaurav Jetley) of “Shrinking Merger Arbitrage Spread: Reasons and Implications” in Financial Analysts Journal.
