L-3 Communications Integrated Systems v. Lockheed Martin Corporation

In this matter, L-3 Communications Integrated Systems had charged Lockheed Martin with violations of the Sherman Act and tortious interference under Texas state law involving refurbishment services for P-3 "Orion" military aircraft. Under the direction of Analysis Group affiliate Robert A. Sherwin, the Analysis Group team, led by Managing Principal Michael Beauregard, Principal Mark Gustafson, and Vice President Andrew Stichman, undertook a comprehensive damages analysis. The analysis required an examination of the impact of Lockheed Martin's alleged actions on L-3 Communications' sales related to loss of both current revenue streams and future customers, and an evaluation of the damages estimates submitted by L-3 Communications' expert. The parties settled their lawsuit.
