Dr. Duhaime-Ross specializes in the application of microeconomic principles, statistics, and econometric analyses to problems arising in a variety of industries, including online platforms, finance, agricultural production, manufacturing, and technology. She has conducted economic analyses in support of experts in litigation matters in the areas of antitrust and competition, class certification, damages, commercial disputes, consumer protection, labor and employment, and intellectual property. Dr. Duhaime-Ross has experience leading both small and large teams to assist experts and clients in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, preparation of expert reports, and deposition and trial testimony preparation. Her case work includes the evaluation of damages calculations in connection with a breach of contract dispute in the meat production industry, analyses of alleged collusion in agricultural production, the evaluation of alleged exclusionary conduct in the context of app distribution platforms, analyses of alleged manipulation of benchmark interest rates, and the assessment of false advertising claims and consumer steering practices.
