Ms. Cummings specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to a range of complex business litigation disputes. Her experience includes analyses of intellectual property, commercial disputes, and tax and accounting matters. Her casework has included assessing damages related to patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation; analyzing the business purpose of tax-related transactions; and analyzing domestic industry, remedy, and public interest issues before the International Trade Commission. Ms. Cummings has supported experts throughout the litigation process, including expert report filing, deposition, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Cummings worked for the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
