Summary of Experience

Ms. Bliss is experienced in complex financial reporting and the application of accounting concepts to questions arising in securities, finance, and general business litigation. She has supported academic and industry experts in many phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Her case work includes complicated areas of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), financial statement analysis, and disclosures. Ms. Bliss has also performed analyses and led case teams in matters involving corporate governance, compliance with fiduciary duties, and due diligence. Her work has spanned multiple industries, including financial services, health care, retail, and entertainment. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. Bliss was a postgraduate technical assistant at the Governmental Accounting Standards Board. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).
