Mr. Kommalapati specializes in quantitative analyses and qualitative research across a broad range of complex litigation and arbitration matters. He has conducted qualitative and quantitative analyses in support of academic experts in the class certification, liability, and damages phases of litigation. He has supported experts and provided consulting support to attorneys in antitrust, false advertising, commercial disputes, patent and trademark infringement, intellectual property, and data security and privacy matters across a variety of industries, including automobile, manufacturing, telecommunications, media and entertainment, health care, and consumer products.
