Ms. Schofield specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to questions arising in a range of complex business litigation disputes. Her case work has included assessing damages related to patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation; developing, administering, and analyzing surveys in various litigation matters; and evaluating the economic impact of advertising claims.
