Mr. Holle specializes in complex financial reporting and the application of accounting and finance theory to questions arising in securities, finance, and business litigation matters. He has supported academic and industry experts in many phases of the litigation process, including case strategy, discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Mr. Holle’s litigation and advisory experience includes complex areas of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), valuation, financial statement analysis, investment suitability, and damages. His work has covered industries such as financial services, energy, chemicals, industrial products, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Holle was a postgraduate technical assistant at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). He is a certified public accountant.
