Summary of Experience

Mr. Berberian specializes in economic and quantitative analysis in complex litigation matters, including securities litigation, health care litigation, and international arbitration. He has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Mr. Berberian has supported industry and academic experts on a variety of topics related to mortgage-backed securities (MBS) litigation, including due diligence, trustee duties, investor expectations, underwriting, and damages. His health care litigation experience includes several cases involving quantifying damages in the pharmaceutical industry. Mr. Berberian is also involved with international arbitration matters. For example, on behalf of the Uruguayan government, he supported an expert on economic damages related to the impact of Uruguayan tobacco regulations. Mr. Berberian also spoke in Armenia at the International Arbitration Workshop and Conference, where he provided insights into damages issues and loss causation.
