Ms. Huan specializes in conducting economic, financial, and accounting analyses in a broad range of cases, including finance and securities, commercial disputes, accounting, valuation, and damages. Her finance and securities case work has included evaluating compliance with fiduciary duties and investment policies, assessing the suitability of complex securities, analyzing underwriting and due diligence practices in the mortgage industry, and examining allegations of securities fraud. Ms. Huan has also performed liability and damages analyses and led case teams in numerous commercial litigation matters.
