Ms. LaRue has conducted economic, financial, and accounting analyses in a broad range of cases, including finance and securities, intellectual property (IP), and general commercial litigation. Her securities and finance case experience includes analyzing investment management performance and fees, assessing the accounting treatment of mutual fund fees, evaluating compliance with fiduciary duties, examining allegations of securities fraud, analyzing misrepresentations and omissions in the underwriting of mortgage-backed securities, and assessing claims of appraisal deficiencies. Her IP and commercial litigation experience includes damages analyses for a variety of industries, such as consumer products, payment cards, and title insurance. Ms. LaRue has managed case teams to assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Ms. LaRue conducted environmental finance and natural resource policy analyses to support enforcement actions and rulemaking efforts for federal agencies.
