Mr. Gilbody specializes in applying data analytics and complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to securities, antitrust, intellectual property, international trade, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters in the health care, pharmaceutical, and financial services industries. His most recent work has focused on health care litigation, including cases related to off-label marketing, kickbacks, and antitrust issues in the pharmaceutical industry.
