Summary of Experience
Mr. Rybolt specializes in financial modeling and damages assessment in intellectual property, entertainment and media, and general commercial litigation. Past engagements include cases involving the major studios, global distributors, game publishers, television networks, and internationally known creative artists, as well as numerous other rights-holders in trademark and copyright litigation. His analyses have provided a basis for the valuation of media and intellectual property rights, as well as royalty, contingent compensation, and profit participation agreements. Other work in this area includes economic analysis of the factors affecting network license fees, radio play, television ratings, and motion picture box office performance. As an expert, Mr. Rybolt has testified on damages in matters involving trademark infringement and breach of contract.
