Managing Principal Pierre Cremieux will join fellow economists at the third annual Roundtable with the Competition Bureau. The event is hosted by the Canada Bar Association's Competition Law Section, and will feature three panels, covering the recently updated Intellectual Property Enforcement Guidelines, competition issues in telecommunications, and competition analysis in retail markets. Dr. Cremieux will participate in a panel that will cover a range of topics at the intersection of intellectual property and antitrust, including patent settlements, product hopping and product switching, patent assertion entities, and standard setting and standard essential patents.
