Vice Presidents Joe Cavicchi and Eric Korman and Manager Megan Accordino, along with counsel from Steptoe & Johnson LLP, will lead an EUCI course on the regulation and enforcement of anticompetitive practices in electricity markets. The online course will define the concepts of market power and market manipulation, discuss the Federal Energy Regulation Commission (FERC) and its responsibilities, and explore the role of other agencies and market participants in safeguarding against anticompetitive practices.
