In the first session of the ABA's three-part series about the use of surveys in false advertising and trademark litigation, Professor Steckel of the NYU Stern School of Business, Mr. August Horvath of Kelley Drye, and Dr. Shampanier of Analysis Group will discuss the history of surveys in litigation, trends of their use, and best practices for study admissibility. The discussion will cover survey and field experiments, including conjoint analysis and hybrid approaches, as well as examples of prominent cases.
