March 4, 2016

The Yale School of Management recently hosted a two-day conference focused on global cartel enforcement and non-convergent enforcement in the technology sector. The event featured several discussions with antitrust experts representing academia, the legal industry, technology, and the government. Analysis Group academic affiliate Edward A. Snyder, Dean of the Yale School of Management, introduced the conference's global cartel enforcement framework and also moderated the session “Frontlines of Global Cartel Enforcement.”

Managing Principal Pierre Cremieux also participated in the event, presenting “Enforcement of Anti-Collusion Laws Against Domestic and Foreign Firms,” based on research being conducted by Dr. Cremieux and Dean Snyder. The presentation examined how antitrust authorities account for the national identities of firms in their enforcement activities.
