AMCP's Managed Care & Specialty Pharmacy Annual Meeting to Feature New Outcomes Research from Analysis Group

Analysis Group's Health Care practice will present eight posters at the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy's Managed Care & Specialty Pharmacy Annual Meeting, which will be held April 23–26, 2018 in Boston, MA. Two of the abstracts received ribbon honors.

Silver ribbon

  • “Budget Impact Model of Aliqopa (copanlisib) Introduction in Relapsed Follicular Lymphoma Treatment,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team, including Managing Principal Mei Sheng Duh, Associate Rachel Bhak, and Senior Analysts Emilie Duchesneau and Miriam Zichlin – in conjunction with a team from Bayer AG.

Bronze ribbon

  • “A Comparison of Antipsychotic Treatment Patterns, Healthcare Resource Utilization, and Associated Costs in Veterans with Schizophrenia Pre- and Post- Initiation of Treatment with Once-Every-Three-Month Paliperidone Palmitate,”  coauthored by an Analysis Group team –including Managing Principal Patrick Lefebvre, Vice President Marie-Hélène Lafeuille, Manager Maral DerSarkissian, Associates Rachel Bhak and Priyanka Bobbili, and Senior Analyst Michael Hellstern – as well as teams from Janssen Scientific Affairs and the VA Medical Center.

Manceur, and Senior Researcher Philippe Jacques – as well as researchers from the Cleveland Clinic and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. 
  • “Health resource utilization associated with locoregional and distant recurrence in patients with non-metastatic melanoma,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team – including Managing Principal Mei Sheng Duh, Vice President François Laliberté, Manager Raluca Ionescu-Ittu, Associate Ameur M. Manceur, and Senior Researcher Philippe Jacques – in collaboration with teams from the Cleveland Clinic and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. 
  • “Chemoradiotherapy Treatment Patterns and 1-Year Survival Rate Among Patients with Unresectable, Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer: Time Trends from 2009 to 2014,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team – including Managing Principal Mei Sheng Duh, Manager Maral DerSarkissian, Associate Priyanka Bobbili, and Analyst Akanksha Dua – as well as researchers from AstraZeneca and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
  • “Burden of Work Instability in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis in US and Its Association with Work Productivity and Transitions,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team – including Vice President Dendy Maccaulay and Manager Min Yang – in conjunction with teams from AbbVie Inc. and the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 
  • “Incidence of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) among Patients (Pts) with Other Chronic Inflammatory Diseases (CID) Treated with Interleukin-17a (IL-17a) or Phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) Inhibitors,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team – including Managing Principal Patrick Lefebvre and Associates Martin Ladouceur and Bruno Emond – and a team from Janssen Scientific Affairs. 
  • “The Economic Burden of Psoriasis with High Comorbidity among Privately Insured Patients in the United States,” coauthored by an Analysis Group team – including Managing Principal Patrick Lefebvre, Manager Dominic Pilon, and Associates Masha Zhdanava and Martin Ladouceur – in collaboration with a team from Johnson & Johnson.
