Analysis Group Authors Nominated for 2018 Concurrences Antitrust Writing Awards
January 12, 2018
Three papers authored by Analysis Group consultants have been nominated for the 2018 Antitrust Writing Awards, a joint initiative between Concurrences Review and the George Washington University Law School. The following papers from Analysis Group are now available for online voting:
- State Aid Investigations in the EU: Are US Firms Being Unfairly Targeted?, by President Pierre Cremieux, Managing Principal Marc Van Audenrode, and Principal David Mishol; in the “Business Articles: Cross-Border Issues” category
- Comment on The Flaws in Using the Hypothetical Monopolist Test from the “Payor Perspective” in Health Care Merger Cases, by Field, Fisher, and Coglianese, by Vice President Dov Rothman and Manager David Toniatti; in the “Business Articles: Economics” category
- Enforcement of anticollusion laws against domestic and foreign firms, by President Pierre Cremieux and Professor Ted Snyder of the Yale School of Management; in the “Academic Articles: Economics” category
Online voting determines which articles make it onto the short list for the awards, which will be selected by a jury of experts and practitioners. The winners will be announced at Concurrences' Gala Dinner on April 10, in Washington, DC. (Conveniently, this is the night before the ABA's Antitrust Law 2018 Spring Meeting in DC).
Anyone can vote for any or all of the three articles by assigning them stars. Voting closes at 5 p.m. PST on February 9.
