Analysis Group Ranked a Top Place to Work for Tenth Consecutive Year by the Boston Globe
November 20, 2017
For the 10th year in a row, the Boston Globe has recognized Analysis Group as one of the “Top Places to Work” in Massachusetts. Analysis Group is one of just 10 companies that have made the list in every year that the Globe has conducted its survey.
The 10 companies named in every year of the survey, noted as the "Top Places to Work all-stars," all share a few key traits according to the Globe, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while at work. The Globe noted Analysis Group's efforts in fostering employee development, and that the firm provides over 200 annual trainings in communications, management, leadership, presentation, and other skills. “I look at every person who works at the firm as someone who could be running the company someday,” said Martha Samuelson, Analysis Group CEO and Chairman.
This year's "Top Places to Work" results were based on survey input from more than 75,060 employees across 334 Massachusetts organizations, including private companies, nonprofits, and publicly held businesses. Energage (formerly Workplace Dynamics) conducted the survey, measuring employee opinions about their company's direction, execution, connection, management, work, pay and benefits, and engagement.
