Dr. Gallimberti specializes in the application of economic and quantitative analyses to questions arising in the context of applied economics, corporate finance, and financial accounting. His litigation and advisory experience includes the valuation of private and listed companies and their cost of capital, asset impairment decisions, debt restructuring, and the financial effects of complex financial transactions. Dr. Gallimberti’s research investigates how corporate disclosures and financial information affect frictions in the capital market, with a specific focus on the private lending market and loan contracts. His research has been published in The Accounting Review. Dr. Gallimberti also teaches a course in financial accounting at Boston College.
