Summary of Experience

Mr. Pratt applies his background in economics, statistics, finance, and mathematics to complex litigation matters involving securities, finance, intellectual property, and damages. He has assisted clients and supported experts in the preparation of reports, testimony, and related analyses. Mr. Pratt has analyzed large datasets and assessed damages models in a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, technology, and health care. His litigation and advisory experience includes assessing financial statements and asset-backed securities and analyzing data to overcome ambiguity and address clients’ concerns. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Mr. Pratt worked for a large commercial lender, where he used quantitative methods to assess a portfolio’s credit risk. Mr. Pratt is a CFA charterholder.
