Dr. Blomberger is an economist who specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistics to the analysis of complex legal and business disputes. He has conducted economic and quantitative analyses across a range of topics, including antitrust, commercial disputes, intellectual property, and alleged trade secret misappropriations; and across a range of industries, including technology, communications, health care, agriculture, transportation, standard setting, finance, and commodity markets. Dr. Blomberger’s research interests have included information economics, mechanism design, and microeconomic theory. Prior to joining Analysis Group, he worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
