Summary of Experience
Dr. Pandey specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation issues and strategic business challenges, including antitrust, intellectual property (IP), health care, commercial disputes, and damages matters. Her work spans a diverse range of industries, including social media platforms, digital streaming, telecommunications, biotech, pharmaceuticals, health care, fintech, manufacturing, consumer electronics, and software. Dr. Pandey has supported clients and testifying academic and industry experts in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, depositions, and trials. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Pandey conducted research on the long-term effects of adverse childhood experiences and violent conflict on adult behavior, family dynamics, and intergenerational outcomes, with applications in development, labor, demographics, family economics, and applied microeconomics. She also taught undergraduate courses in econometrics, microeconomics, and statistics at Boston College.
