Summary of Experience

Mr. Infante specializes in the application of economic and financial theory to complex questions that arise in securities and finance litigation. His litigation and advisory experience includes analysis of data on high-frequency trading for equities, derivatives, and cryptocurrency markets; analysis of the impact and/or merits and efficiencies of mergers; and analysis of stock price patterns in securities fraud litigation. Mr. Infante has worked with clients and experts through all phases of the litigation process, including expert reports, deposition, settlement negotiation, and trial and hearing preparation.
