Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will join a NYSBA panel to discuss the increasing role of economic experts in criminal antitrust enforcement. Moderated by Elizabeth Prewitt (Latham & Watkins), the panel will also include David Chu (Antitrust Division, US Department of Justice) and Marc Weinstein (Hughes Hubbard & Reed). A keynote address from Emma Burnham, the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division’s acting director of criminal enforcement, will follow.
