Vice President Marissa Ginn will join a webinar co-hosted by the CBA and ABA to explore the link between gender and competition. The webinar will include an overview of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD’s) Gender Inclusive Competition Toolkit and a discussion of how gender considerations can affect competition and the ways agencies work. Dr. Ginn was one of several Analysis Group consultants whose research on gender considerations in antitrust analyses was included in the OECD’s Toolkit.
