Private Aerospace Manufacturer

Analysis Group determined the value of our client's interests in a group of privately held companies. The group of 15 related corporations and partnerships constituted one of the leading designers and manufacturers of aircraft components sold worldwide. Our client's ownership shares varied among the members of the group, and it was necessary to determine the value of each entity separately. We examined transfer prices for transactions between the companies to determine whether they were made at arm's-length prices. We also analyzed the allocation of joint and common costs to ensure that they reflected the economic value of services provided.
