Summary of Experience

Dr. McGahee specializes in economic analysis and damages quantification in complex commercial disputes, including intellectual property, antitrust, breach of contract, and class certification matters. He has experience evaluating claimed lost profits and reasonable royalty damages in a range of industries, including computer hardware and software, Internet advertising, medical devices, and automotive technology. Dr. McGahee also has experience evaluating alleged anticompetitive behavior in antitrust matters and assessing claims of classwide economic injury in class certification matters. He has assisted in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, expert reports, deposition, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. McGahee performed economic research related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
