Benjamin Hewitt, et al. v. Google LLC

Analysis Group was retained on behalf of Google, the defendant in a class action litigation involving the company’s collection of user data to personalize advertisements. A team led by Principal Hristina Bojadzieva Bartlett supported Senior Advisor Bruce Deal, who filed a report and testified on damages and class certification issues.

The plaintiffs’ motion for class certification was denied. The case subsequently settled.
