BitTitan, Inc. v. SkyKick, Inc.

A judge for the US District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle ruled in favor of Skykick, Inc., denying a motion by BitTitan for a preliminary injunction. An Analysis Group team led by Managing Principal John Jarosz was retained by counsel on behalf of Skykick with respect to the allegations of infringement of a patent covering  on-demand mailbox synchronization and migration. Analysis Group examined and provided a report about irreparable harm, balance of hardships, and public interest. On all counts, the Court was unconvinced by BitTitan's arguments and denied the request for a preliminary injunction.
