Electricity Rate Analysis

Analysis Group worked with AES Corporation and Dayton Power & Light Company to evaluate and support their utility rate proposals and ongoing capital investments. A team led by Vice President Joseph Cavicchi supported Senior Advisor Jeffrey Malinak, who provided written testimony before the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio on whether the rates included in AES’s rate filing were more favorable in the aggregate than a market rate offer.
