  • Management and delivery processes: For portfolio management, we incorporated strategic and financial goals into a recurring, quantitative decision-making process using scenario analysis software 

For project execution, we developed "is" and "should" mapping, which clarified complex new product development processes and guided creation of a new phase gate program.
