She/Her

Practice Development Coordinator, Boston

What are your primary responsibilities, and what types of projects do you work on?
I support Analysis Group’s Practice Development team on a range of marketing and business development initiatives. Our team partners with senior consultants and practice area leaders to help advance strategic goals and enhance the firm’s market visibility. Our responsibilities involve developing proposals, supporting business development opportunities, and applying knowledge of the firm’s expertise to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives.
What was your onboarding experience like?
My onboarding experience was very supportive. I was introduced to colleagues across different departments, which helped me to understand the firm’s work as a whole. I was also given many opportunities to ask questions. I jumped in quickly with the guidance of a supportive advisor, the opportunity to learn through shadowing and hands-on experience.
Can you share a memorable experience or project that illustrates your role’s impact within the firm?
When I traveled to ISPOR 2025, it was especially rewarding to see our team’s work firsthand. Leading up to this event, I had assisted with similar events behind the scenes, collaborating virtually with colleagues across offices. The materials and coordination our team developed directly supported consultants on-site, and it was meaningful to see them rely on our expertise during the event. It reinforced how our work contributes to the firm’s visibility and success.
How does your work support the broader operations and success of the office or firm?
By advancing strategic business development and marketing initiatives across the firm’s practices, my work supports AG’s success and broader operations. We partner with practice leaders to understand client needs and the firm’s legal, policy, technical, and business expertise.
How do you experience collaboration across offices or teams at AG?
I regularly collaborate with colleagues across different departments, as well as with team members in different offices to coordinate our efforts. This cross-office work has given me the opportunity to build relationships throughout the firm. When traveling for events, I also work directly with consulting teams on-site, which further strengthens that collaboration.
What makes the AG community unique?
The collaborative energy at AG feels unique. My colleagues are highly motivated, supportive, and willing to share their expertise. In addition, the firm’s extracurricular opportunities and community-building events create meaningful connections beyond day-to-day work, making it a uniquely engaging and well-rounded environment.
What are your favorite activities or hobbies outside of work?
I love to travel. I also partake in lots of crafting hobbies, like needlepointing, painting, and ceramics.
