Summary of Experience

Mr. Weiner has more than twenty years of experience in the fixed-income securities markets as a portfolio strategist, product specialist, and consultant. He was formerly a vice president and fixed-income securities strategist for Lehman Brothers, where he assisted banks, pension funds, insurance companies, and money managers in security selection and fixed-income portfolio management. Mr. Weiner also held positions in the mortgage-backed securities department of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc., including two years in the firm's Tokyo office, where he worked with financial institutions in Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Mr. Weiner has testified extensively in fixed-income, structured finance, CDO and RMBS securities, and derivatives-related lawsuits and arbitrations. His testimony and consulting work have centered on such issues as suitability, risk management, complex security structure and valuation, portfolio strategies, and broker-dealer sales and trading practices.
