Summary of Experience

Dr. Alford specializes in the application of microeconomics, econometrics, and statistical methods to complex litigation matters. She has assisted experts in the preparation of reports, testimony, and related analyses in connection with class certification and liability issues and the quantification of damages in areas that include pharmaceuticals, agriculture, biotechnology, labor markets, and consumer goods. In health care, she has supported testifying experts and counsel on issues related to alleged kickbacks, off-label marketing, delayed generic entry, and the misappropriation of trade secrets. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Alford was a lecturer at the University of Virginia, where she taught undergraduate courses in the economics of the public sector.
