Summary of Experience

Ms. Pham applies her experience in quantitative analysis and consumer research to complex litigation matters and class actions. She has supported academic and industry experts and provided consulting support to attorneys in all phases of litigation, including production requests, preparation of expert reports, deposition, and trial. She has assisted with the design and administration of surveys and qualitative interviews, as well as with the statistical analysis of survey results and supporting qualitative marketing research in false advertising and intellectual property matters for consumer goods. Ms. Pham has also supported experts in the analysis of class certification issues, market definition, and the estimation of damages in antitrust and competition matters across a variety of industries, including sports, consumer electronics, health care, and manufacturing.
