At the ISPOR Real-World Evidence Summit, Analysis Group Vice President Jenny Zhou will moderate the symposium “Advances in Real-World Evidence and AI Applications: Aligning Global Objectives with Local Data Realities”. Panelists will include Principal Jimmy Royer, Vice President Jia Zhong and Professor of Statistical Genetics Liming Liang (Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health).

The session will explore how collaboration with varied data sources, coupled with innovative analytical strategies and AI-enabled methodologies, can address challenges and maximize the value of real-world data (RWD). Presenters will illustrate how diverse RWD sources – including electronic medical records, disease registries, and population-based cohorts – can be curated and enhanced to support research that is both context-sensitive and globally relevant. In addition, they will present shared data platforms designed to foster international collaboration.

The session will take place from 16:45 to 17:45 JST in room Ho-O-no-Ma 1 at the Tokyo Prince Hotel.
