Consultant and affiliates from Analysis Group’s Antitrust & Competition practice will join panels at the 2026 ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, DC.

  • Manager Stephanie D. Cheng will join the Fundamentals – Economics panel, which will cover core economic principles in antitrust cases, including damages and econometrics. The panel will be moderated by Sergei Zaslavsky (O’Melveny & Myers LLP), and panelists will include Craig R. Malam (Edgeworth Economics), Jeremy Sandford (Econic Partners LLP), and Emily N. Walden (NERA Economic Consulting).
  • Affiliate On Amir (Rady School of Management at UC San Diego) will join All-Inclusive? The Risky World of Pricing, a session examining regulatory and litigation trends related to pricing practices, consumer perception, and subscription models. The panel will be moderated by William C. MacLeod (Kelley Drye & Warren LLP), and panelists will include Emily Chissell (Keystone Strategy), Matthew Michaloski (Utah Office of the Attorney General), and John Roberti (Zaiger Linden Roberti & Pepe LLC).
  • Affiliate Keith N. Hylton (Boston University School of Law) will participate in Evidently, We Need More—Burden’s On You!, a panel addressing evolving evidentiary standards for private antitrust plaintiffs across jurisdictions. The panel will be moderated by Heather T. Rankie (Zelle LLP), and panelists will include Euan Burrows (White & Case LLP), Jennifer Reeves (Geradin Partners), and Nana Wilberforce (WilmerHale).
