Analysis Group Managing Principal Aditi Mehta will join the Merger Enforcement in Retrospect panel at the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section’s 2026 Antitrust Fall Forum. The panel will examine recent merger enforcement, including whether agencies have pushed the boundaries of merger law, how courts have handled merger challenges, and, drawing on specific cases and outcomes, who ultimately got it right.
The panel will be moderated by Lauren Willard Zehmer (Covington & Burling) and will also include Daniel Francis (New York University School of Law), Michael Perry (Gibson Dunn & Crutcher), and Noah Phillips (Cravath, Swaine & Moore).
