Managing Principal Antoine Chapsal will join a panel discussing the effects-based approach to establishing abuses of dominance at Concurrences’ 14th annual New Frontiers of Antitrust conference. The panel will discuss whether the standard of proof is getting overly difficult to achieve, how the effects-based approach can be rendered administrable, and trends in the US and EU approaches.
