Managing Principal Jee-Yeon Lehmann will join a panel titled “Is no-poach a crime or not? An examination of cartel enforcement in labor markets” at the GCR Live: Cartels 2023 conference. The panelists will discuss what to expect from future cartel enforcement and upcoming trials, and how to manage varying jurisdictional approaches. Dr. Lehmann will be joined by Thomas Mueller (WilmerHale), James Fredricks (US Department of Justice), Maria João Melícias (Portuguese Competition Authority), and moderator Ann O'Brien (Sheppard Mullin).
