Analysis Group Managing Principal Joshua White will speak on a panel exploring efficiencies in UK, EU, and US merger control during the GCR Live: Global Merger Control 2026 conference. Mr. White will join private practitioners and economic experts to debate the adequacy of efficiencies assessments in the respective guidelines and possible improvements. The discussion will explore whether agencies are willing to accept remedies tailored to protect efficiencies and how interdisciplinary insights from management, financial advisers, and management consultants could be better leveraged in assessing efficiencies.
