Analysis Group Managing Principal Joshua White will participate in a panel discussion, “Merger Control: Review of the Updated Merger Guidelines” at the Informa Advanced EU Competition Law conference in Brussels. The discussion will cover changes to the guidelines and their practical application, including jurisdictional, remedies, and ancillary restraints notices; the treatment of innovation, employment, sustainability, and resilience in merger control; and the role of efficiencies in merger assessment.
Mr. White will be joined by Uli Barth (Bundeskartellamt), Esther Kelly (Boeing), Grania Holzwarth (Deutsche Telekom), and Katarzyna Czapračka (White & Case).
