Analysis Group Managing Principal Joshua White will join a panel on merger control as a tool for economic growth at the ThoughtLeaders4 (TL4) Merger Control Forum in London. The panel will discuss developments in merger control policies in the region, including the EU and UK’s “scale-up” challenge, the European Commission’s new merger guidelines, and the effect of the UK Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA’s) move away from Phase 2 expert panels.
