Managing Principal Lisa Pinheiro will lead a Boston Bar Association webinar on generative AI (GenAI) and its use in litigation. The webinar will provide a non-technical, practitioner-focused primer on how GenAI works and its limitations, particularly in the context of expert work. Joined by Analysis Group Associate General Counsel Elizabeth Mooney, Ms. Pinheiro will highlight real-world litigation examples and ongoing research related to GenAI guidance and training. Participants will come away with practical suggestions for responsible use of GenAI and for conducting productive conversations with expert witnesses.
