Panelists include Daniel Culley (Cleary Gottlieb), Ed Duffy (Baker Botts), and Jeffrey Prince (Indiana University). Together, they will explore what distinguishes airline antitrust enforcement and consider the implications of recent agency actions for joint ventures and industry structure.
