Managing Principal Maureen M. Chakraborty will join a panel titled “Seeking Resolution: Strategies in Mediation and Settlement of the Securities Case” at Securities Litigation 2024: From Investigation to Trial. Panelists will discuss the mediation and settlement of a civil securities matter. Dr. Chakraborty will be joined by panelists Melinda A. Nicholson (Kahn Swick & Foti), Marjorie Truwit (Blackstone), and Jonathan K. Youngwood (Simpson Thacher & Bartlett), and panel leader David M. Murphy (Phillips ADR Enterprises).
